Cardinal Bistro opened it's doors in July of 2016 as the idea of Thomas Brennan and son Michael Brennan. Shortly after opening, Cardinal Bistro celebrated much success in the first summer season following a review in the Philadelphia inquirer by Craig Laban. Cardinal Bistro focuses on local, sustainable cuisine drawing from french technique and worldly flavors.
