Our providers are certified by Corewell Health and offer best-in-class urgent care in clean, modern facilities. We are located in Warren, south of 12 Mile Rd., in the Target shopping center complex. Corewell Health Urgent Care Warren West is open 365 days a year, Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Corewell Health Urgent Care proudly serves the communities of: Warren East, Centerline, Sterling Heights, Fraser, and Roseville. Our Warren West location also serves as a full-service Occupational Health site.
