Hello my name is Damon Fischer, owner of Copious Interests Inc. I am a licensed Inspector of Structures and a General Building Contractor. Our company provides property and home inspection services in both California and Nevada, Reno, Tahoe, Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, Carson City, and surrounding areas. I am a member of the Organization of Real Estate Professionals and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I have 22 years of experience in construction industry. I obtained my General Building Contractor license in 2008 and worked for many years as Superintendent for a large construction companies. I studied at WNC and obtained my Certified Inspector of Structures in 2010. I was born in South Lake Tahoe and I am committed to serving my community.
Our company prides itself on customer service. We offer client meetings to personally go over the findings of the inspection. If you are unable to meet with the inspector at the property, the inspector will go over the report with you by phone. We are available 8:00am to 6:00pm seven days a week for any questions and after hour services are available upon request. I hope to use my knowledge and experience to service you in your inspection needs.
