A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Dr. Kalmuk served as captain in the U.S. Air Force in Asia and, after graduating cum laude from medical school, performed his residency at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo.
He later returned to Asia where he completed humanitarian service working through Catholic Relief Services assisting refugees.
Dr. Kalmuk holds a staff membership at Sisters of Charity Hospital. He continues to assist on the executive board of directors for the Erie County Medical Society where he formerly served as resident. Dr. Kalmuk was a former board member at Catholic Medical Partners and currently serves on the QCAC committee of Blue Cross / Blue Shield.
He is a delegate of the State medical Society and is president of the Medical Union.
