💜 March 26 is Epilepsy Awareness Day 💜
Today we stand together to raise awareness, support those living with epilepsy, and help break the stigma surrounding this condition.
Epilepsy affects millions of people, yet many still don’t understand what it truly means to live with it. Seizures can look different for everyone, and kindness, patience, and awareness can make a huge difference.
👉 Learn the signs
👉 Know seizure first aid
👉 Support those in our community
If someone is having a seizure:
• Stay calm and stay with them
• Turn them on their left side
• Do NOT put anything in their mouth
• Call 911 if it lasts longer than 5 minutes
Let’s continue to educate, advocate, and show compassion. You never know who may be silently fighting this battle.
