Welcome to Connecticut Gourmet LLC. We bake locally sourced artisanal bread and sell at farmers’ markets and to restaurants throughout Connecticut. Connecticut Gourmet, LLC, started in Andrew Gibson’s kitchen in Windham Center, CT. The bread was a hostess gift around the neighborhood. It even went along on vacations to the islands off the coast of Maine.
