INCOME PROPERTIES INC. has been in business for over 50 years. Our family-owned-and-operated business in Yorktown, Virginia includes three highly-experienced primary agents within the office. Our founder, John Davis, got into the industry at the age of 31 after serving in the military and becoming a trained mortgage banker.
Our office specializes in buying and selling of commercial properties and appraisals. We offer other specialty services in regard to commercial real estate as well.
