Het volledige gamma wordt vervaardigd door met zorg gekozen natuurlijke grondstoffen, zonder toevoeging van smaak -of kleurstoffen. Onze dagelijkse verse distributie zorgt ervoor dat de eindconsument elke dag kan genieten van een fijn en lekker product met ambachtelijk karakter.
De uiterst moderne onderneming van vandaag kent zijn oorsprong aan de Antwerpse vismarkt waar Maurice Mathieu in 1933 begon met het inleggen van haring. Om rolmopsen te maken kwamen daar al snel de zelfbereide mayonaise en dressings bij die nog steeds de basis vormen van het ganse aanbod. Eind jaren '50 dan maakte de firma furore door het lanceren van 'champignon à la grècque' en 'kip-curry' op de traditionele markt van het broodbeleg. Nu vele jaren later is het bedrijf nog steeds in familiale handen en maakte het de overstap naar het nieuwe bedrijvenpark in Zwijndrecht, klaar voor de toekomst.
Een 25 man sterke verkoops- en leveringsdienst staat hiervoor dagelijks garant.
