The Airdrie Animal Health Centre was born in 1982, and has grown over the years to 5 veterinarians, 3 animal health technicians, 2 veterinary assistants, 5 receptionists, and over 12,000 patients.
The clinic became a fully certified American Animal Hospital Association veterinary hospital in 1999.
We moved to a larger, more modern facility in March 2016.
Shortly after the move, we became a feline friendly practice to help take some of the stress out of visits for our feline patients. In the future, we will be working hard on becoming a fear free practice as well. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for our clients and the treatment of our client's pets. Becoming feline friendly and fear free help to make the veterinary visit a more comfortable and happy experience for both the pet and the pet owner.
