Purpose: The agency will provide nurses 24/7 and healthcare professionals: Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Companions to assist people who require the services of home health care professionals, such as hospitals, long-term care facilities and home care for residents of all ages.

Objective: To assist our community's health care services by providing exceptional health care providers in French and English with families and trusted individuals.
We target palliative care patients, wound care, all care, at home, in long-term care facilities, hospital and hospice. (personal care, nursing, cooking, cleaning their space and follow up with Medical professional for appointment and treatment Home and Community.
