I am a Registered Gestalt Psychotherapist (R.P.). Gestalt is the German word of “whole.” I work with each of my clients as a whole-being (mind, body and soul) using a self-directed, in-the-moment approach to psychotherapy. I support my clients through guided dialogue, observation, intuition that help them become aware of their negative patterns of behavior. Through this process, clients discover how those negative behaviors keep them stuck from moving forward in their lives.
