Our focus is on good for you convenient food that tastes great. From fresh salads, sandwiches, entrees, power bowls and more our menu has something for everyone and caters to all dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy aware). We believe in the real food movement which is why all our meals are made with fresh, local ingredients. All our meals are produced in our 3300 square foot kitchen at our Calgary head office. We rotate our menu seasonally, following the growing patterns of our local farmers and creating variety for our customers. Our team brings over 50 years of combined experience in the restaurant and service industry. Over 80% of our menu is gluten aware! #takethatgluten
