En effet! Nous laissons reposer nos pâtes de 14 à 18 heures afin qu'elles prennent leur goût si particulier. Nos pains sont 100% naturels et ils sont entièrement faits à la main sur place, pendant la nuit, selon les traditions de la boulangerie artisanale française.
Nous utilisons uniquement des farines québécoises de La Meunerie Milanaise et Hubert Lacoste ou des farines provenant de l'Agriculture Raisonnée. Nous utilisons de l'eau filtrée et du sel de mer.
Tous nos pains sont sans sucre, sans gras et sans améliorants.
