Reiki is a form of Japanese alternative medicine called Energy Healing. It is a non-invasive technique to promote wellness by releasing blockages to enable a good flow of energy in the body. Similar in beliefs to acupuncture (minus the needles), Reiki is based on the belief that essential life energy runs through each person, disruptions of this energy can cause illnesses, pain & mental/emotional issues.
