I like this company! I found them to be extremely knowledgeable about both the aesthetic and technical considerations involved with our large tile project. Overall, they really demonstrated that they are very experienced at what they do. They've been great, working with us to keep our budget in line while providing exceptional, hands-on service. In addition to using our own contractors for certain things, we also used Ceramic Tile World to do work with their reliable connections that kept everything moving along smoothly. I honestly believe that having contracted them for parts of our renovation project has saved us time, effort and money.

I was acting as my own general contractor to renovate my whole condo top to bottom and I found coordinating with Steve and his crew stress free, which is a lot to say when you are working with tile contractors. After getting 4 or 5 quotes and dealing with contractors that did not seem responsive or reliable I came across Ceramic Tile World website which is very informative. Steve was great over the phone and in person as he was professional, knowledgeable and his quote was reasonable. He installed luxury wood look tile planks flooring throughout my condo which I purchased through his tile store in east Toronto. Good people that operate the way contractors should, on time, on budget without surprises.

We found a great kitchen countertop in quartz that really worked well for our décor. We wanted a specific high end quality look and they had a good selection that really addressed our needs, so we got what we wanted. Good company for countertops if you want something special.

Purchasing high quality designer tiles in Toronto has become a high priced affair until I visited Ceramic Tile World. I bought a really impressive porcelain designer tile right off the floor in their tile clearance center and they gave me a great price plus delivered it the next week. Good store that has many quality manufacturers for tile and many great designer tile brands. Called up a sales person and told her the tile I wanted, gave them my credit card and that was it, simple. Tile came on time but the deliver was missing part of the order and they came back that day with the missing items. Where do you go to get service like that. My new favorite tile store.|#|
