Our vision is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for each child. We will strive to offer a program that is flexible to meet the developmental needs of every child with age appropriate curriculum. We focus on areas that we believe will foster a positive relationship between the center, staff, parents and the child. We believe that establishing trust in children helps them to develop self-esteem and self-worth in the center’s environment. When children have confidence in their center they will explore their environment and any new elements. To gain children’s trust, we use a “home away from home” environment as well as effective communication skills.
