CrossFit gym located in the brewery district of downtown Edmonton. We build sustainable athletes of all fitness levels.
Rock Jungle Downtown has a total of 12,500 sq. ft. of space dedicated to fitness. Our 5,000 sq. ft. main hall has as its center piece, two FireBreather rigs that can accommodate up to 16 lifting stations and 10 pull-up stations. We have a 80 foot indoor sled run, and 2,500 sq.ft of open space.
Our open gym is 2,500 sq. ft and has several lifting platforms, world class Eleiko weights, and strongman equipment such as stones, axles and logs.
Upstairs we have a 1,300 sq. ft Yoga room, and 4 massage therapy rooms.
We have enough space to host large events, schools, seminars, and off-street parking for 30+ vehicles.
