Over the past 10 years, Renewed Health founder, Tanya Shepherd, has continued training in Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy and CranioSacral Therapy. This training advances her knowledge and skillset leading to an improved ability to assist each person uniquely. A life-long learner, Tanya combines her desire and experiences as an RMT in the health field to pursue more extensive knowledge about the body, mind and the balance in health.
