At Valley Connections Counselling, we provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, and families from Dundas, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener, Brantford, Toronto, and the surrounding areas. We provide sessions in person at our 2 clinics, in Dundas, Hamilton, and online. We welcome clients from all backgrounds, we are a trauma-informed centre, and we are LGBTQIA positive. Valley Connections Counselling also offers Clinical Supervision and Consultation services to mental health practitioners. We utilize evidence-based approaches that fit each client. We believe that people are resilient and adaptive, and that everyone needs help sometimes.
