We are a group of psychologists/psychological practitioners who each have our own independent practice or working under the supervision of a registered psychologist. We offer clinical, psychosocial, behavioural, and psychoeducational assessment, counselling, psychotherapy, and consultation to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are located in the south end of Kanata, close to Eagleson Road and Michael Cowpland Drive.

Dr. Helmkay's therapeutic orientation may best be described as cognitive-behavioural (CBT) within a humanistic-existential framework - thus helping his clients to develop a greater understanding of themselves and fostering the development of coping skills and strategies that can be implemented into their everyday lives.
