Transitions Counselling is a small counselling practice operating in Kelowna, B.C. My name is Ed Mitchell, and I specialize in: couple's counselling; anger and stress management and trauma. I have developed approaches to these specializations that can work for clients, and aid them in having more control in their lives, as well as more enjoyment.
I use a number of different approaches based on the client's reason for seeking therapy and what their goals are in therapy.
