Established in 2017, Rain City was created by founding principals Brett Jeffrey and Kerry Donnelly to provide professional tenant improvements resources to the industrial markets. It was clear the market needed a dedicated design-build firm that could deliver integrated office, warehouse, racking and specialty construction solutions to the diverse industrial markets.
With the additions of principals Sam Devlin and Andrew Laurie, the Rain City team has grown to be recognized as Vancouver's go-to industrial workspace improvement specialists.
