Ashcroft Master Builder began as a dinner conversation between friends in the fall of 2007. It was a conversation that would eventually lead to full-blown discussions, meetings, and eventually, the formation of Ashcroft Master Builder. Throughout our initial discussions, we were committed to looking at everything as though we were looking at it for the first time. We drew new plans, we developed new processes, we created a comprehensive list of high-level standard design elements, and most importantly, we developed a set of principles that have guided us to this day.
