As per city bylaws, Flat rates apply only to taxi services arriving or departing out of the Kawartha Lake limits.
This means that if you are entering the City of Kawartha Lakes from a different city or If you're leaving Kawartha Lakes destinated for a different city, applicable flat rate fees and extra fees may apply.
