Bonafide Wellness & Consulting is an Indigenous owned and operated mental health counselling office. We have 4 Indigenous mental health therapists who are (NIHB) non-insured health benefit providers for the province of Saskatchewan. Counselling support is offered either in person, virtual (zoom), or over the phone (telehealth). Sessions can be accommodated quickly. Short wait times to get in. Bonafide also offers mental health and wellness workshops on mental health & addiction, grief/loss, social media & the impacts on youth and children, domestic violence, and postpartum depression.
