Sheran uses multiple approaches in her therapy that is best suited to the needs of her clients. Some approaches used include but not limited to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Talk Therapy, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Life Stress Management. Sheran is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Masters in Clinical Psychology , a BEd (Education), a BA in Human Science and relevant specialized training. She also has been certified in Critical Incident Stress Management.
