I bought and paid up front for a new full set of dentures after all my fittings, I was told that Kevin would be away on holidays…3 weeks later I picked up my teeth and they were handed to me in a sand which bag by his secretary the new plates were not checked to make sure the fit was proper….the bottom plate doesn’t fit at all !! After giving Kevin ample opportunity to fix the situation he called me from his holidays to tell me I am the a**hole and I needed to shut up and F$$k off very professional. Currently filed a complaint with the denture society and trying to find someone to adjust my bottom plate. I would avoid this place and the less the friendly family run business
