The demands and pace of our current living environment create a level of expectation and unspoken stress that leaves little room for people to pause and reflect on how they ended up where they are — and what, if anything — can be done to feel and live better.
Pathways Counselling Centre was created to provide a space where people could feel comfortable and safe from their outside worries. Where they can speak freely and openly about their struggles, challenges and aspirations. From the moment you walk in our door, you will feel removed from the external noise of daily living to a soothing environment with sound insulated therapy rooms, a calming atmosphere, and a space where you can truly unwind and start to heal.
