MP-CCL has extensive experience providing business clientele with a broad range of legal advice for over 20 years. Mr. Poirier's primary practice area is Business Law, covering various aspects of corporate, commercial, litigation, property, administrative, and trade law.
In addition to his legal background Mr. Poirier has served as management consultant to the private sector overseas, worked for the Parliament of Canada, as well as with senior executives of the Government of Canada. Mr. Poirier has experience as a commercial arbitrator as well as a New Brunswick Small Claims Court Adjudicator.
