Lloyd has a Juris Doctor (Law) and Master's (Math) degree, both at U of T. Over 35 years experience in Canadian Immigration (since 1991), in ON (Toronto - Canada's hub for Immigration), BC and worldwide - using the net in his practice since '94. He is a lawyer both in BC and Ontario (since '89). He received his Doctor degree in Law (J.D.) from the U.of Toronto, as well as his M.Sc. and his B.Sc. In his undergrad graduating year he was awarded the Lieutenant-Governor's Silver Medal for 2nd highest at Victoria University, UofT. He is married with 2 children and has chosen Nanaimo to raise his family because of the clean environment and beautiful landscape. Lloyd has converted the lower level of his house to an office suite: "It's all about environmental sustainability; and, keeping my fees down" He and his wife had a radio show, "SinoNaimoNews" in Chinese and English discussing current affairs including immigration.
