Kristina works as a certified Bowen CBBG practitioner, Reiki master, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and Chromotherapy/Colour therapist. She has worked in wellness and healthcare settings since early 2005. It has always been her deep passion to promote wellness and improve the overall quality of life for all of her clients.

Bowen is a gentle treatment that uses very subtle moves over muscles and connective tissue to help activate the body to rebalance itself. It promotes relief of discomfort, pain, and can improve range of motion. Bowen is often considered for individuals where any condition of pain or imbalance exists.
