From your initial contact you will be welcomed into our family business, we will guide you through your booking, advising you of the different properties we have available. We then send you your confirmation, which will detail your stay, costs and any special requirements. We will also send you details on how to get to your accommodation and can even arrange for you to be collected from your arrival point if you are using public transport. We always greet you at the accommodation when you arrive and will give you a brief tour showing you how things work as required. Once you are in your accommodation our part does not stop there, we are always on-hand to help or answer any questions you may have. You will have a dedicated 24 hour phone number for your Smart Stays representative. If you need any additional services, such as clothes dry cleaned, advice on finding a restaurant, hiring a car or just about anything we will always do our best to help. Whether your stay with us is for one night or several months you will find our service is consistent, our work policy is to make your stay as easy and as enjoyable as possible.
