A lot of work has been done over the past few years to improve and make the lake front so enjoyable at down town Burlington. It does make for some beautiful walks .... especially on those sunny, clear blue days.

The Shores of Bronte Village is such a great location to kick back and enjoy life. With so many great amenities on your door step, what more could you want! This open concept, 1 bedroom + den apartment has engineered hardwood floors, terrace, ensuite laundry; and in addition to this, the building has excellent amenities including roof top bbq, pool and spa - and movie room + more. $2,300/month.
I have mixed views about zoos, to see animals held in confined spaces instead of roaming free is heart wrenching, however, they do a lot of good in helping bring to our attention about endangered species and working to help repopulate. And the opportunity to see the beautiful pair of pandas'. One was fast asleep, but the other was happy to munch away on his bamboo :)
This was such a great breakfast - and easy to make on the BBQ - Egg Muffins! The muffin tins were the perfect shape and size, making for perfect eggs - lots of fun :)

Oakville is such a great location to live - and on perfect sunny and not too calm - a bit of a breeze is always good, days, sailing at Bronte Harbour sure seems like a great idea!
Canoeing up at Rockwood Conservation this weekend was stunning - did anyone manage to get out and enjoy the Lake in Oakville, Ontario? I know the wind was a bit wild - might of made for a choppy Ontario Lake.

Before the sound of music kicks off this weekend.... peace and tranquillity replaced with fun, laughter and an assortment of sounds.
Between the showers, it is nice to get out and enjoy the beautiful local areas of Oakville - in particular, the lovely area of Bronte Harbour with its trails, awesome cafes. bars, restaurants and fabulous views of Lake Ontario; not forgetting the wonderful spring flowers!
