Susan is a compassionate, empathetic and skilled therapist who has been successfully helping clients examine their thoughts and feelings, while achieving a greater sense of their own worth. She has years of experience providing individual, couple and family counselling. Susan draws from several treatment modalities including client centered, cognitive behavioral, emotion and solution focused therapy.
Susan has worked for McMaster University providing counselling for students for the past 9 years. Before coming to McMaster she worked in a variety of counselling settings where she provided counselling for a range of life challenges, including women who had experienced the loss of a partner, individuals that had experienced abuse, and youth that had experienced emotional and behavioral struggles.
