I offer individual, couple and family counselling for the treatment of anxiety, depression, couple/family conflict (communication, infidelity), life/work transition, and experiences of grief and loss. You will receive the support and guidance needed to negotiate the difficulties of life in a way that is safe, collaborative and insightful.
