Collision Reporting Centres (CRC) provide police agencies with a more effective way to deal with collisions that do not involve injuries or criminal violations. Rather than dispatching a Police Officer to the scene of a minor collision, the involved drivers are instructed to bring their vehicles to a designated CRC where a Police Officer will assess the damage and complete a collision report. Reporting Assistance will assist you in towing your accidented vehicle, filing a collision report to the Ottawa Police, and help you open a claim with your insurance if necessary.
