Kim Roy - Owner & Inspector
Certified Master Inspector and trained at one of the top home inspector associations. In January of 2015 she became the first person in Edmonton and surrounding areas to become a Certified Radon Measurement Professional through the (C-NRPP) Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program; is also Certified in Controlling Radon in New Canadian Homes as well as a member of CARST (Canadian Association of Radon Scientist and Technologist).
Kim was a Finalist in the Environmental Stewardship Category (Stony Plain Chamber of Commerce Awards 2018) and Nominated as Business of the Year and Rural Business of the Year (Stony Plain Chamber of Commerce Awards 2018).
Born and raised in a small French community in Manitoba, she learned from a very young age the importance of running a business with Trust, Honesty and Integrity. She practices those key values in every aspect of her business.
