Pirkko Payne is the owner operator of Total Design. She has been trained in Northern Europe and California USA in men's and woman's hair styling ,staying current in the all hair fashions .Won 14 awards across the northwest for her masterful hairstyling work .She is a Master Judge with the Arts and Sciences of Canada. She believes in high professional standards in service and hair care.Services includes mens and woman styling ,conditioning, perms ,colouring and dimensional highlighting. Catering to the young and mature male or female. Our salon uses and carries only high quality salon products Lanza and Paul Mitchel .
