Emery and Rae Land Surveying was established in 1988 with the consolidation of two long established survey firms. Fred Emery, BCLS and Rick Rae, BCLS, CLS are the principles of the firm. Both Fred and Rick are long time residents of the Powell River area and bring many years of experience, skill and historical data to serve the Sunshine Coast area from Port Mellon to Quadra Island and Knights Inlet.
