TRACY picked up the phone on the first call early in the morning around 6:30am, was very pleasant and communicative on the phone, picked up and delivered my item quickly, communicated their ETA, and clarified locations. The service was exactly how I picture excellent service to be. I will definitely be calling back! I highly recommend this business.

I've used Deere Delivery and Hot Shot Services many times (15+) to courier everything from pitch books to promotional banners to shirts. They are always very courteous and professional and good about following the often convoluted security that comes with picking up from the business buildings downtown. I plan to keep using them and appreciate their careful handling of our office and business items.

I had an unusual pickup / delivery situation, and Deere Delivery handled it for me without any trouble at all. Thank you Tracy and crew for saving me from hours of driving when I'm supposed to be working towards a deadline!

I love this service they are fast and my last driver was super friendly. We use this service at least 2 times a week and recommend it to everyone.
