The company is a direct successor of the firm Roy de Stecher and Associates Limited, formed by Mr. de Stecher in 1963. It was at this time that he undertook a reassessment of the City of Saint John and subsequently acted as appraiser and consultant for the City of Saint John during its pioneer East and North End Urban Renewal schemes.
