Je me nomme Carole Lesage. J'exerce la profession de travailleuse sociale et suis membre en règle de l'Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) depuis 1990. Mes années de pratique m'ont permis d'acquérir une expérience tangible pour me bâtir un coffre bien garni de connaissances toujours en évolution. Au cours des ans j'ai pratiqué tant au ministère qu'à titre de travailleuse sociale autonome. Depuis 2014 j'exerce exclusivement en privé et pour des programmes d'aide aux employers (PAE).
Les consultations peuvent, au gré du client, avoir lieu soit à mes bureaux de Saint-Jérôme, de Rivière-Rouge ou par téléphone. Elles visent d'abord à cerner une problématique particulière puis à fournir les outils nécessaires pour la traiter et ce, qu'elle soit d'ordre individuel, de couple ou familiale. De plus, si tel est le besoin, je suis en mesure d'orienter ma clientèle vers un service spécialisé ou une ressource communautaire.
