Opened in 2002, we've come a long way from just a weight room to include group fitness classes, an expanded cardio area, an expanded childcare and professional personal training service. As one of the longest running gyms in Saskatoon, we've grown into a great community of health & fitness minded people just like you, working hard to improve more every day.
We believe a gym shouldn't just be the place where you come to sweat; it should feel like a second home, a place that you're happy to show up to everyday. It's important that a fitness centre offers a variety of tools to allow you to work out the way you want, but we also understand the value of a positive atmosphere to make every workout a great experience for you.
