My visit at the Auto Tech Express was the BEST experience I've ever had with a salon. I'm the kind of woman who demands to be seen within 10 minutes of my arrival time and the thought of spending hours on a hair style is unimaginable. I always bring snacks and a novel to pass the time. But the 3 hour appointment was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I was welcomed immediately and taken to meet the stylist who would provide me with a wonderful experience and a lasting protective style that has surpassed my expectations. It was as if I just had a lovely gathering with a group of fun women and left looking fabulous! The space is most comfortable and so beautiful.

Sometimes you need a miracle in your life, and Auto Tech Express is just such a place. It's so rare to find a shop where they take pride in being totally honest and providing good prices and great repairs.

James is honest, friendly, hard-working, very reasonable price-wise, and accommodating. He and his crew are highly skilled and fast. James kept me in the loop throughout the process. He drove me home and picked me back up when my car was ready, which was ahead of schedule. If you're paying out-of-pocket, James will work with you. Hope I never need to patronize him again, but it's comforting to know he's there.

The guys there were straight forward about what was wrong with my truck, hard to find honest shops these days. Definitely will be taking my other vehicles there for any issues and just all around normal maintenance.

Everything was great except that the installer did not have on a mask and wore no gloves when clearly they stated that their technicians will wear a mask and gloves.
