I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. My background is as a Registered Nurse working in many different areas. When I started working in the area of mental health I found my true passion and worked to achieve my Masters in Counselling Psychology. Since then I have taken several courses to specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT) and EMDR.My focus is to help you make needed changes and to reach your goals.
