Bringing together over 40 years of experience, District 309 is a full-service interior architecture practice specializing in one-of-a-kind custom homes. New build or renovation, our team is equipped to produce plans for building permits. Following a reliable multistep strategy, we work from a broad view, emphasizing interior architecture and light mapping, moving into finer details including material, finish, fixture and furnishing selection.
