Had a water softener system installed in the garage and reverse osmosis installed in the kitchen. Always prompt and excellent communication from the owner. The installer was VERY knowledgeable and professional and also very patient, especially since our situation was a little tricky. My brother had his systems installed 5 years prior and they have always come by to help check up on things when we had questions/issues. Highly recommend it!

Then came the installation process by his technician, which was quick, well done and uneventful - followed by the multiple check-ins by Mr. Domenic himself - and finally a call to him yesterday to come over to check on - what I thought was a leak in the piping - but ended up being a leak in my faucet (outside of his installation). He did not charge me for the visit - and just tonite checked in with me that all was well. Now THAT'S customer service. You have a loyal customer Mr. Domenic. And your product is no slouch either! Thank you very much.

Dominic was able to install our new Waterdrop RO water filtration system including drilling a hole on top of our stainless steel countertop. Not too many plumbers have the license or the expertise to drill a hole and Dom did the job amazingly! He was available on the same day, was quick to respond to my request and his price was totally reasonable. If you want to install the Waterdrop system or any other under the sink water filtration system, Dominic is the person to call!

Dominic is the best. I contacted him to upgrade the filters after a year of the installation and he advised me to wait another year and not change them in a hurry. He is honest and I will feel our water filtration system is in good hands.

I can't say enough about how far above and beyond Canadian Smart Home Solutions service has been. Truly Exceptional!
