Welcome to Cassandra Reid & Associates. We offer personal dietitian and counselling services in person, via phone and via Skype.
We help people in Toronto and across the world to regain health, find relief for bowel issues, improve heart health, improve metabolic health, live with diabetes, gain weight, lose weight peacefully, and keep it off happily.
Family medicine, nutrition, exercise and psychology coming together is our philosophy. We are a core team of registered dietitians who work with our extended team of psychologists, exercise physiologists and more, referring across our network as needed.
Early Morning, Late Evening & Weekend Appointments Available
We offer appointment availabilities in the evenings of Monday-Thursday, early mornings beginning at 8am, and on Saturdays and Sundays.
