This is good customer service.
Also the shop was very clean and the barber was extremely well dressed. I would definitely come here to get a cut next time I'm in town.

I have very thick hair, it's very dense too, and has to be cut in a very specific way in order for it to not weigh itself down on my head.Dundas Square Barbers went above and beyond to help me get the cut I needed, and I love it! they were genuinely interested in hair, it's individual textures and the way it lays naturally. they individualized my hair cutting process like I've never experienced before, and really listened to what I wanted. My hair now has a great shape and can be styled properly, and looks cute it all sorts of styles, even right out of the shower!
