Chef and owner, Banchi, born and raised in Ethiopia, has been cooking Ethiopian food ever since she was a little child. She followed in her mom's footsteps and developed a passion for cooking Ethiopian food. After moving to North America, she worked in the restaurant industry for years, including Sheraton hotel, Hilton Hotels, and various Ethiopian cuisine restaurants. With so much of her life in the industry, she feels blessed to share her passion for Ethiopian cuisine in Toronto.
